What happens if my provider doesn’t approve my prescription?

If a licensed provider determines that a GLP-1 medication is not appropriate for you based on your medical history or assessment responses, you will be notified through your patient portal. Providers retain full clinical discretion to prescribe or decline treatment.

If you are not approved, you will not be charged for a medication order. You are welcome to reach out to our support team at hello@lttl.com with any questions. Our team cannot override clinical decisions, but we can help clarify next steps.
