Can I pause or cancel my plan?

Yes. Lttl operates month-to-month with no contracts.

• Pausing - Temporarily suspends your monthly shipments and billing. Your plan and patient record remain active. You can resume at any time without restarting the intake process. Ideal for vacations or short breaks.
• Cancelling - Ends your active plan and monthly billing. You will need to restart the assessment and intake process if you wish to re-enroll in the future.

Both options are available through your patient portal with no fees or penalties. If you are considering cancelling due to side effects or a clinical concern, we encourage you to message your care team first - your provider may be able to adjust your treatment.
