- Pausing - Temporarily suspends your monthly shipments and billing. Your plan and patient record remain active. You can resume at any time without restarting the intake process.
- Cancelling - Ends your active plan and monthly billing. You will need to restart the assessment and intake process if you wish to re-enroll.
Both options are available through your patient portal with no fees or penalties. If you are considering cancelling due to side effects or a clinical concern, message your care team first - your provider may be able to adjust your treatment rather than discontinuing it.
