What is your returns and refunds policy?

Because Lttl offers prescription compounded medications, we are unable to accept returns on dispensed medication for safety and regulatory reasons. If you have a concern about your order, please contact our support team at hello@lttl.com or through your patient portal and we will work to resolve it.
